Derby Annex
The Derby Annex building handles our largest storage spaces. Made of sturdy metal siding the "Derby" is divided into three storage spaces. Derby spaces #1 and 2 are 15' x 35' with concrete floors, lighting and service door and large rolling door for easy loading and unloading. These spaces are large enough to handle cars, boats or any other large item or items you need to store. Derby Annex #1 and 2 rent for $500 per month plus utilities if used and warranted.
Derby space #3 also has a concrete floor, lighting, service door and a large rolling door and it is heated. The measurement for this space is 30' x 23'9" and could easily hold up to six cars depending on their size. Cost for this unit is $700 per month. (Tenants are responsible for electric and heating costs) The Derby Annex was built in the 1990's on what was once the lawn for the main horse barn. Near the Derby Annex is the final resting spot for Count Turf, a 1951 Kentucky Derby winner.
Stallion Barn
The Stallion Barn was built with concrete block construction. Once home to the stud horses when Tom was in the horse breeding business each "stall" is 14' x 14' with a 41" door and either concrete or blacktop floors. The inside walls are made up of heavy oak construction from floor to ceiling. The stalls are also easily accessible. Outside lighting provides added security for after dark visits. These medium size storage spaces still hold quite a lot and are available for only $225 per month.
Loafing Shed
The Loafing Shed is our latest addition. Amish made wood construction makes for wonderful storage. There are three spaces available with heavy wood floors and large 40" doors. As with all our storage spaces you can drive right up to load or unload. These are 8' x 12' and only $175 per month.
Feed & Tack Room
