Rules and Regulations

The following is a summary of our terms and conditions. All customers will be asked to sign a contract with a complete set of rules and regulations for their storage area. Rent is due on the first of every month. A late charge will be assessed on any rent not paid by the fifth of every month. Thirty days advanced written notice must be given to terminate contract and vacate property. Storage area must be left in the condition in which it was rented. Hazardous, toxic or illegal substances/items may not be kept in storage spaces. No subletting of storage space.

• Storage area sizes are 4 x 12 feet, 8 x 12 feet, 14 x 14 feet, 15 x 35 feet and 23 x 30 feet.

• Units are available dawn to dusk, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Payment options – personal or business check, money order, or cash.
